22nd July 2012 saw our very first seaside Extravaganza in St Luke’s Park.

The Down ‘n Out Players arranged this fantastic fundraising event

As was the case 10 years ago, the centre of attention for the youngsters was a campervan up for painting. Vicki the veteran of the Golden Jubilee is now long gone bought by an enthusiast who had great ideas for her.Ruby on the other hand is a fully working VW T25 with a recently rebuilt turbo charged engine, used daily by its current owner as well as on long range camping trips. Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, and the south of France are among the places she’s visited in the last two years. Her paint work needs improving though ………
