Where's Charlotteville?
Charlotteville was built around the 1870's as one of the first suburbs of Guildford in Surrey. We are situated on the edge of the North Downs with some of the most wonderful countryside only five minutes walk away. The size of the community these days is debatable as we have seen rapid expansion in the last fifty years. The original area houses some 1,600 people, when the more modern properties are included then our actual size is most probably nearer 2,500.
